- Connie Hebzynski - 715-266-3466 hd4king@centurylink.net Sept. 6, 2011 the meeting was held at The Wannigan. Our main topic of discussion
was the new Business signs that will need to put up by snow season. The club will build kiosks at main intersections for our
area. All club businesses will have to purchase these signs and the club will be responsible for putting these signs up. Any
signs not confirming to the DNR sign book will be taken down. No business signs will be allowed on the trail. The signs will be brown with white lettering and have name of business
with the icons for drinks, food, gas, lodging and also the mileage to the business with arrow. Another discussion
came up with the signs, on the Tuscobia Trail, that lead to our trails. How do we put up kiosks on that trail? Also why isn’t
it being graded more often and when will the bridge by Radisson be going in? The reroute is 4 miles and was not ok’d
by the township or village, even as an emergency reroute. Hopefully we will find out at the Alliance meeting. The
snowmobile trails are starting to be cleared from the storms we had. Some areas will have to have fill and cat work. The snow/ATV
trails will need to be widened (trees cut back) before groomer season, so work on these trails will need to be done. Memberships are being mailed out, map ads to do and
the Ski-Doo Club support program that is going on again this year. A great program for the clubs. $10 for each member that
sends in the form. You will need to do this online this year. Go to www.skidoo.com and look for the $$$$ signs and fill it out or go to your local dealer and fill one out.
